The Presidium involves a small group of producers who follow a production protocol based on sustainability and healthfulness. The aim is to form an association and to enter the market at a price that does justice to the quality of this vegetable. The kohlrabi is sold individually or in bunches, well wrapped in the long leaves that preserve its freshness.
